Logbean® automates the registrations of people, vehicles and parcels to buildings, establishments, offices and private neighborhoods.

The application uses the camera of any smartphone or tablet to scan identity documents, passports, driver's licenses and vehicle identification cards, recording the data of who enters and leaves the sites.

Logbean® streamlines the entry and exit of visitors, facilitates the task of guards, increases efficiency and eliminates human error. One of its differential advantages is its simplicity, since it does not need any type of hardware beyond a smartphone.

In addition, Logbean® has an events module, through which invitations can be sent automatically via email with information about the event and a unique access code valid only at the specific time it takes place.

For emergencies, Logbean® has an SOS button, which when activated by any user at any time, sends a notification to the guards of the location with the real-time location of whoever pressed the button.

The data collected by Logbean® are registered in a database and can be exported to Excel spreadsheets. All income and expenses are sealed using Blockchain technology, which gives greater security and immutability to the information.
